Youth AsiaFlux 2026 Scholarship: Call for Letters of Interest

Youth AsiaFlux supports early-career scientists and helps strengthen the next generation of flux researchers across Asia and beyond. The Young Scientist Meeting provides valuable opportunities for young researchers to discuss scientific ideas with senior and young scientists, share research experiences, receive academic and career advice, and build networks for future collaboration.

As part of AsiaFlux 2026, the Organizing Committee would like to continue supporting young scientists through the Youth AsiaFlux Scholarship. This scholarship aims to encourage students and early-career researchers to participate in the conference, engage with the AsiaFlux community, present their research, and develop long-term scientific connections in the fields of carbon, water, energy, and greenhouse gas flux research.

Interested applicants are invited to submit a short letter of interest to the AsiaFlux 2026 Organizing Committee

The letter should briefly describe the applicant’s background, current research, motivation for attending AsiaFlux 2026, expected benefits from participating in the conference, and how this experience will support their future academic or research career.

The Organizing Committee will review the letters of interest and select suitable applicants for scholarship support by the end of August 2026. We warmly encourage young scientists, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career researchers working in flux-related fields to apply and become part of the Youth AsiaFlux 2026 community.
